This chapter explains how to set up the Big Field Splitting in SAMLight.

This is the first splitting mode that allows to synchronize the real axis position with the coordinates in SAMLight. Objects can be placed at the coordinates where they should be marked in reality.

This special mode is only available with 2D Planar Splitting. It is supported for the Splitting Options Fixed Size Splitting and Entity Based Splitting.

 

The following illustration image shows a Big Area of 200x100mm (X:Y) with a split size of 25x25mm.
