In the following, some examples are given that might be of interest or could be helpful for e.g. troubleshooting:

Head:

Info View_HeadPosition

Figure 9: Scan head position

Here, the status of the (corrected) X, Y, Z coordinates are displayed, corresponding to different stages of the position calculations.

oX-, Y-, ZCurrent correspond to the positions just before the information becomes Head specific, the calculations of the Flash global optic matrix just occurred.

oM00_0 - M12_0 correspond to the positions after the XY head specific matrix.

oX-, Y-, ZTransformed_Head0 and X-, Y-, ZLastHead0 correspond to the position after the USC Z bit value calculation

oX-, Y-, ZCorrectedHead correspond to the positions after the correction file has been applied.

Laser:

Here, laser type and version are displayed.

Stepper Position:

Info View_Stepper

Figure 11: Stepper

Here, the position of the stepper axes are displayed.

input/output:

Figure 12: Input/Output bits

The bit blocks show the input / output bits. For example, the first 8 output bits correspond to the laser power with 8bit power modulation.

ErrorWarningMode:

Info View_error

Figure 13: ErrorWarningMode

The ErrorWarningMode (green) depends on the FCI command EWM (can be set during marking automatically).

The EWM can have different states:

00100000: EWM OD, out of data with laser on is set when a buffer underrun occurred.

00000001: EWM OF, out of field is set when a position overflow (head specific optic matrix, MOTF, AnalogIn, USC-3 Wobble) occurred.

10000000: EWM OM, Overflow MOTF offset is set when a MOTF offset is reached too early (e.g. still marking).

For the ErrorWarning (blue), the EWM must be on. Possible error states can be:

00100000: out of data: Scanner is out of data, flag is also set at the end of a marking process, not necessarily an error.

00010000: out of data laser on: Scanner is out of data, but laser is on.

00000001: overflow flip
