There are two different version available: 32bit and 64bit.

There are no differences in functionality. Choose the one that suits your other programs. The 64bit version has advantages when using larger jobfiles.

Make sure that your system meets to the requirements of SAMLight. You can find a list regarding the operating system and hardware requirements here.

Please go carefully through the installation process and make sure that it completed without any errors. At the end of the installation process you are asked if a SAMLight link should be added to the desktop and if saved jobfiles should be shown as the program icon or as a small preview of the job.
