By clicking on Set Time in Settings → System → Optic → Advanced the USC Time dialog of the USC-2/-3 card is being opened:

USC_Time_PC   USC_Time_Custom

Set USC Time to:

PC Time: The USC card will use the current PC time after the button Set USC Time is pressed. The PC Time is displayed above the USC time.

Custom Time: The USC card will use the entered time after the button Set USC Time is pressed. A customizable time is displayed above the USC time.

USC Time: Displays the current USC time.

Set USC Time: Copies the time specified under PC/Custom Time to the USC card.
