We recommend you to send us some files of your setup/configuration to reproduce issues you are experiencing. This feature automatically creates a *.zip of your scaps system folder. Please send us this file for further problem diagnostics. Please make sure that the jobfile you are currently using is loaded in SAMLight before you create the backup zip. The backup can be created via Help → Generate backup zip. The backup zip will be placed in the <SCAPC>\intermed folder.
