Ensure that all switches are off during marking.

Avail the switch "OptoIn" to set a bit pattern. For testing a single input it is useful to set the inputs successively. On DB-37 Switch 1 will set the LSB (Opto_In 0), switch 6 will set the MSB (Opto_In 5) and the correlate yellow LED I0..I5 will light up. The bit pattern is shown by the indicators  0..5.

JP2 on DB-37 has to be removed.

Press the button "OptoOut" to test the OptoOut port. The blue LEDs O0..O5 on the DB-37 should gleam. The blue LEDs O0..O5 will be shut down for short successively.
