This chapter explains how to find out the dongle number or serial number of the current connected devices.

Open the tool sc_setup.exe and navigate to Diagnostics → Dongle.

If this does not work please check for the serial number that is located at your device.

It should look like the following, depending if you got a USC-Card or a USB-Dongle:
