Error Message

If the CCI application or SAMLight is started as Windows administrator, both need to be started as administrator.
Otherwise, it could also be a license problem.

Cause

•One of the two (SAMLight and CCI application) is started as administrator, the other one is not.

•CCI-commands were sent even though SAMLight has not yet started or has already shut down.

•Using MultiHead and SAMLight version earlier than 3_6_5_0141_20171006, it could be a license problem.

Solution

•Start SAMLight and the CCI application in the same mode, so both as administrator or both not as administrator.

•Check whether SAMLight is ready to receive CCI-commands using the command ScIsRunning() which checks the SAMLight Status.

•Use SAMLight version 3_6_5_0141_20171006 or later.
